What If I already have an Injury or pain?

Don’t we all! We totally understand and appreciate that you may be carrying some previous injury history, so don’t worry.

We can discuss, assess and make a plan to manage this together.

Our aim is to make sure you feel comfortable and confident, even if that means we need to proactively adapt some movements, or add some corrective exercise.

What if I miss a few days

Not every day needs to be a training day.

We believe in a sustainable approach to training, and rest days are truly a big part of the process.

If you sign up to the challenge and know that you will be unavailable for a portion of the program, let us know, and we may be able to extend it for you – so you can still get the most out of your experience.

What facilities do I have access to?

You'll get full access to our lesuire suite including Sauna, Ice-bath and more..

You’ll have full access to toilets, changing rooms, showers, shower gels, shampoo and conditioner.

We also have hairdryers and some other toiletries for you to use. Sweat towels are also available for you to take into your session. Just pop these in our towel bins at the end of your workout.
